Pat Moran: Founder and Member Emeritus


Christopher Ciano, Chairman

Christopher is the Chief Executive Officer of Aetna, a diversified health benefits company.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.


Kelly Phillips, Treasurer 

Kelly works at Grant Thornton as an audit senior manager. She works on a number of private companies, non profits and public traded companies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas. She lives in Davie and enjoys running, diving and staying active. 




Diane Gencarelli 

Diane is the Vice President of Title Services, for Resort Title Agency, Inc. a subsidiary of Bluegreen Corporation, a leader in the vacation ownership industry.  Diane has over 20 years experience in the vacation ownership industry where she has held operational leadership positions in the areas of Financial Services, Operations and Administrative Support and Title Services.

Originally from Syracuse, NY she was graduated from Columbia College with a BS in Business Administration. She and her husband have lived in South Florida for 13 years.


Joshua Jordan

Joshua is the First Vice President for the Personal and Business Banking Division of City National Bank.  City National Bank has headquarters in Miami and is one of the largest community banks in the nation. Joshua, who is originally from Hartford, CT, has long volunteered for numerous charities over the past 20 years. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BS in Finance, has two children, and resides in Parkland, FL.


Michael Lessne

Michael recently joined Broad and Cassel as a partner in the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Health Law, and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. A licensed CPA in Florida, Lessne provides counsel to businesses and individuals in a broad array of restructuring and insolvency matters, including to debtors, lenders and other creditors, and fiduciaries in complex business and consumer bankruptcy matters, state court assignments, and out-of-court workouts, as well as in state and federal court proceedings involving complex litigation. Lessne has represented bankruptcy trustees in a variety of matters, including in health care provider cases and in cases involving fraud and Ponzi schemes, Prior to joining the firm, he was a shareholder with GrayRobinson in Fort Lauderdale.


Scott Lockwood

Scott is the Regional Vice President of Conifer Health Solutions. He is a native Floridian and a graduate of Biscayne College and St. Thomas University. Scott has 30 years experience in the health care industry. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending University of Miami football games, Broward Center theater shows and golfing. Scott has volunteered with many nonprofits including the American Heart Association, Archbishop McCarthy High School and HOPE Outreach Center. He resides in Coral Springs with his wife. They share four children and two granddaughters.


Michael Mitchell
Michael is the Vice President, Branch Manager and PNC Bank in Ft. Lauderdale. Michael’s expertise covers all aspects of the banking experience in retail operations, consumer and small business deposits, mortgage lending, commercial lending and management.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. He was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale and currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife and daughter.


Holly Rubin Sills

Holly is a Member Emeritus. A former Vice President of JM Family Enterprises, Holly was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the prime of her life and top of her career. She currently is an MS Advocate who sits on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society in South Florida. She attended the University of Virginia where she earned a graduate degree in Retail Bank Management.


David Scileppi

David is a shareholder and co-chair of the Securities and Corporate Governance Practice at Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart. He received his B.B.A from Hofstra University and his M.A and J.D. from the University of Florida. He also is the creator and editor of the securities blog www.thesecuritiesedge.com. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a certified public accountant (currently inactive) in New York.


 Vito Scutero

Vito is the CEO and Co-Founder of TekPartners & MedPartners, one of the leading professional staffing organizations in the U.S. specializing in Information Technology and Health Information Management workforce solutions for corporations and hospitals nationwide. He is also a Partner and Co-Founder in TPGS, a government contracting firm specializing in the defense and intelligence sector. Vito is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and resides in Coral Springs with his wife and two daughters.


Justin Stone

Justin is an audit partner with Crowe Horwath LLP. His primary areas of practice include public and large privately owned corporations. A native of Indiana, Justin received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University.


Arthur Levine

Arthur is the Chief Financial Officer of Sensus Healthcare, a medical device company that designs, manufactures and markets products for non-invasive treatment of skin cancer and other skin conditions. He has held senior finance roles in other public and private companies in many industry sectors, including medical diagnostics, real estate and technology. Arthur also worked at Ernst & Young in the United States and abroad. He received his Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
