Our retreat programs enable families who are experiencing serious illness or crisis to regain strength, mend spirits and just be families and kids again.
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta April 17 – April 20, 2008
Deliver the Dream’s 63rd Family Retreat took 15 families who have a child with a brain tumor to the mountains of North Carolina. The weekend was full of fun for these families referred from the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. It was an exciting weekend from scaling the rock wall, holding a real snake, to floating in the air during the magic show. The kids even took on the adults during a dodge ball game and won! It was a great weekend of meeting new friends and sharing for these special families.
