December 6-9, 2007

The 2007 retreat season was wrapped up on December 6-9 during the St. Vincent’s Medical Center retreat weekend at the River Ranch for families who have a parent with cancer. The families enjoyed a variety of activities from horseback riding, miniature golf, rock wall climbing, an air boat ride, the petting farm to even participating in a real rodeo. But the highlight of the weekend was when the kids took on the volunteers during a friendly game of kickball and won! The weekend was full of laughs, smiles, sharing, new friends and creating lasting memories for these special families.
