(Boca Raton, Fla.) – Eating lunch in front of the computer is what too many professionals do these days. As an alternative, Deliver the Dream suggests learning while lunching at its new monthly series kicking off this February.

Brian Clement, director of the Hippocrates Health Institute, will be featured as the series’ first speaker on Wednesday, February 18, at 11:30 a.m. While enjoying the Hippocrates Health Institute’s organic Living Foods fare, guests will hear Dr. Clement’s discussion aptly titled “You Are What You Eat…Foods for Optimum Health, Longevity and Anti-Aging”.

Inviting attendees to leave their old perceptions of health, aging and disease aside, Dr. Clement will prepare everyone for the new year with innovative training methods for active aging, disease prevention and healthy living. As the leader in the international progressive health movement, Dr. Clement is an admired teacher, speaker and author. His latest book, “LifeForce”, conveys a practical approach to raising health and happiness levels and will be available for purchase at the event.

Mr. Ken Hirsch AIA, renowned Boca Raton architect and visionary will be the Lunch & Learn’s second speaker on Wednesday, March 18 speaking on “See-zing the Future”. Mr. Hirsch has just been awarded the 2009 Stars of Design, an honor recently bestowed by DCOTA, the Design Center of the Americas. Mr. Scott J. Brook, Mayor of Coral Springs will be the series’ third speaker on Wednesday April 15. As an experienced attorney, community liaison, motivational speaker and father of five, Mr. Brook will discuss “Having Balance NOW!”

Proceeds from the Lunch & Learns at the Library benefit Deliver the Dream’s Family Retreat Programs. Tax deductible donations are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets for all three Lunch & Learns are only $45. Spanish River Library & Community Center is located at 1501 N.W. Spanish River Blvd. in Boca Raton.
