Deliver the Dream family

Program volunteer

Program volunteers are on site for an entire Deliver the Dream four-day, three-night extended weekend retreat and are provided with food and lodging. Volunteers assist with all aspects of implementing program activities and tending to the needs of guests. Depending on the person's background and level of training, some of these volunteers could serve as activity leaders or workshop facilitators.

Workshops may include music or art therapy, role playing, live performance arts, separate discussion groups for mothers, fathers and children and a variety of other sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of those in attendance at a given weekend.

Those who experience a Deliver the Dream weekend will take with them a new sense of self and enhanced coping skills.

Volunteering for a Deliver the Dream retreat weekend has proven to be an extremely powerful experience for all who are involved!
